Bahan:
– 250 gram daging tetelan
– Daun salam, sereh, lengkuas, daun jeruk
– Daun bawang (iris kasar)

Bumbu halus:
– 4 buah keluwak
– 4 siung bawang putih
– 6 siung bawang merah
– 1 ruas kunyit
– 1 sdt ketumbar
– 1 ruas jahe
– 4 butir kemiri
– 1/2 sdt merica

Cara:
– rebus daging hingga empuk, lalu potong dadu. Sisihkan kaldu
– tumis bumbu halus hingga harum, masukkan daun salam, sereh, lengkuas dan daun jeruk
– rebus kaldu dan potongan daging hingga mendidih lalu masukkan tumisan bumbu
– masukkan potongan daun bawang, tunggu hingga mendidih
– sajikan dengan pelengkap toge pendek dan sambal terasi
